can only ship within the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience
us.sulwhasoo.com offers FREE UPS Ground Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders,
no promotion code needed.

Orders must be placed by 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.
All merchandise purchased from us.sulwhasoo.com can only be returned to us.sulwhasoo.com within 30 days of purchase. The merchandise must be in the original packaging unopened and unused for returns and/or exchanges. Please note return shipping fees are at the customer's expense and are not refundable.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, fill out the return and exchange goods form (alongside the invoice) in the package and place it inside the return package with the original merchandise. us.sulwhasoo.com will only accept exchanges if the merchandise was damaged during the process of shipment. If in case of a damaged item, you will receive a new merchandise of the same SKU.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. We will credit or refund the purchase price paid by you for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products. In the event that you return part of a kit, we will credit or refund the portion of the purchase price allocable to the product you are returning. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded.

How to Return Your Product
Please use the original packaging, if possible, and seal the package securely with tape. We recommend using protective packing to minimize any damage to the product. Remove any other labels from the package. We recommend that you insure the package when sending and retain the receipt. Sulwhasoo is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.
