FAQs

  1. The $ amount discounted using discount codes are not eligible to earn points. Taxes and shipping charges are not eligible toward earning points.
  2. Give your friend $25 off their first purchase of $125+ and, after your friend completes their first purchase, get $25 off coupon (1000 points) for each successful referral.
  3. Social shares, follows, or likes do not apply if completed directly through your social media account.
  4. Limit of one (1) review per customer per day. Reviews are only eligible to earn points if accessed via the Yotpo review email sent to you after each product purchase. Reviews left directly on our site and on products that have not been purchased on Sulwhasoo.com are not eligible.
  5. Customers must enter date of birth at least one month prior to the first day of birth month to be rewarded.
  6. Must opt in to receive SMS marketing message. Limit 1 opt in per customer. 
  7. Receive 100 points for the first transaction excluding all taxes, shipping costs, discounts, or refunds. Purchase must be made within 90 days of account creation to qualify.
  8. Limit of one (1) Skin Quiz points.
  9. Members will receive 200 points on yearly anniversary of account creation
  10. Receive 500 points for every third transaction over $300 excluding all taxes, shipping costs, discounts, or refunds. 
  11. Members will receive tier entry points when they upgrade to a new tier: Honored (400 points), Prestige (800 points). 
  12. 3rd Recurring Subscription Order – 200 points, 6th Recurring Subscription Order – 300 points , 9th Recurring Subscription Order – 400 points
